الملخص

جاءت هذه الدراسة الموسومة بضمانات الثقة وفاعلية الخدمة الإلكترونية باحثة في العلاقة بين مؤشرات الثقة ومدى ضمان فاعلية الخدمة الإلكترونية لتطبيق بريدي موب في حدود النظرية الموحدة لقبول وإستخدام التكنولوجيا بمؤسسة بريد الجزائر، والتي إنصبت حول الإشكالية التالية: ماهي ضمانات التي يراها الطالب الجامعي معززة لثقته نحو استخدام تطبيق بريدي موب بمؤسسة بريد الجزائر. واعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج المسحي وأداة الاستبيان الإلكتروني، أما مجتمع بحثنا فتمثل في طلبة علوم الإعلام والإتصال بعينة عشوائية قرابة 120 فرد، وتوصلنا الى نتائج التالية: - الموثوقية والأمان والخصوصية تعتبر عوامل لبناء ضمان الثقة لدى المستفيدين . - وضع سياسة تضمن أمن معلومات المستخدمين بهدف بناء الثقة لديهم. - يتطلب من القائمين بمؤسسة بريد الجزائر وضع خطط عمل مرنة وقابلة للتحديث الكلمات المفتاحية: الثقة، الثقة الالكترونية، الخدمة الالكترونية، الفاعلية *** Abstract: This study, entitled Trust Guarantees and Electronic Service Effectiveness, investigated the relationship between trust indicators and the extent of ensuring the effectiveness of the electronic service for the Postal Mob application within the limits of the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology at the Algeria Postal Corporation, which focused on the following problem: What are the guarantees that a university student sees as enhancing his confidence in using the Brydi Mob application? At the Algeria Postal Corporation. In our study, we relied on the survey method and the electronic questionnaire tool, as for our research community The students of media and communication sciences were represented by a random sample of approximately 120 individuals, and we reached the following results: - Reliability, security and privacy are considered factors for building trust among beneficiaries. - Develop a policy that guarantees the security of users’ information with the aim of building their trust. - It requires those in charge of the Algeria Postal Corporation to develop flexible and updateable work plans Keywords: trust, electronic trust, electronic service, effectiveness.
