البيئة و مشكلات التلوث في زمن النزاعات المسلحة

الملخص
منذ بدأ الخليقة، حاول الإنسان جاهدا أن يحمي نفسه من العوامل البيئية المحيطة به من حيوانات ضارة وتغيرات مناخية و ظروف طبيعية قاسية من سيول أو براكين و زلازل أو فيضانات، إلا أننا اليوم نجد البيئة تصرخ و تئن من انتهاكات وإضرار الإنسان لها، و تناشد حمايتها خاصة مما يصيبها من تلوث أثناء النزاعات المسلحة جراء ما يستخدم فيها من وسائل وأساليب قتال فتاكة، و على وجه الخصوص أسلحة الدمار الشامل التي تبيد كل ما تصيبه و تلمسه. Since the beginning of creation, man has tried hard to protect himself from the surrounding environmental factors, such as harmful animals, climate changes, and harsh natural conditions such as torrents, volcanoes, earthquakes, and floods. However, today we find the environment screaming and groaning from human violations and damage, and calling for its protection, especially from the pollution that befalls it during armed conflicts due to the deadly means and methods of combat used in them, and in particular weapons of mass destruction that destroy everything they touch and reach.
