الملخص

ملخص: تعتبر المؤسسات الصحية الخاصة أو العامة من المؤسسات الهامة في المجتمع الحديث، فهي تقدم مزيجًا متنوعًا من الخدمات الصحية والوقائية كما أنّلها أهميةكبيرة فيالمساهمة في رفع مستوى الصحة، وإذ يصعب على الأفراد أن يجتمعوا في المجتمعات الحديثة بعدد كاف لمجابهة المخاطر أصبح تدخل المشرع ضروريلحمايتهم وذلك من خلال السعي إلى الكشف عنفصول ومتطلبات تطبيق نظام تأمين يهدف إلى محاولة اكتشاف أسباب ضعف بنية التأمين في هذا المجال، وقد تطور التأمين وانتشر في السنوات الأخيرة بشكل كبير بل أصبح من أهم الركائز الأساسية التي تدعم النشاط الاقتصادي لأي دولة، فالتأمين تحول إلى الدرع الواقي للشركات والهيئات المختلفة والوسيلة الفعالة لحماية ممتلكاتها ورؤوس أموالها ضد المخاطر المختلفة وضمان استمرارها. Abstract: Private or public health institutions are considered important institutions in modern society, as they provide a diverse mix of health and preventive services and are of great importance in contributing to raising the level of health. Given the difficulty of individuals gathering in modern societies in sufficient numbers to face risks, the intervention of the legislator has become necessary to protect them by seeking to uncover the chapters and requirements for implementing an insurance system that aims to try to discover the reasons for the weakness of the insurance structure in this area. Insurance has developed and spread significantly in recent years, until it has become one of the most important basic pillars that support the economic activity of any country, and insurance has become a protective shield for companies and various entities and an effective means of protecting their property and capital against various risks and ensuring their continuity.
