العلاقة الصامتة – القوية، بين قضية الجزائر التحررية ومجلة المنار اللبنانية- المصرية

الملخص
اهتمت الصحف الإصلاحية العربية في أواخر القرن 19م ومطلع القرن 20م، بمختلف قضايا الامة العربية السياسية و الاجتماعية و الثقافية...، وانشغلت بشكل خاص بقضاياها الاستعمارية وانحسار الحكم العثماني بها، وكانت مجلة المنار لصاحبها محمد رشيد رضا، من أبرز تلك الصحف، التي دافعت بشراسة عن الأقطار العربية وشعوبها المضطهدة، لأجل ذلك يهدف هذا المقال الى تسليط الضوء على أهم قضية استعمارية في العالم العربي في تلك الفترة الزمنية ، وهي القضية الجزائرية و دور المصلح محمد رشيد رضا في معالجتها ونصرتها ، وهو تلميذ المصلح محمد عبده اشهر مصلحي العالم العربي الإسلامي آنذاك . تمكنا من خلال دراسة تحليلية لمختلف مقالات مجلة المنار حول الجزائر، من التوصل الى نتيجة هامة وهي عدم تطرق تلك المجلة الى قضية الجزائر الاستعمارية رغم خطورتها، لكنها رغم ذلك فقد أفادت المجلة تلك القضية بشكل كبير بسكوتها ، حيث أن مقالات المنار حول الجزائر كانت ضئيلة جدا ، وتخص مواضيع عامة وسطحية، مقارنة بباقي قضايا المغرب العربي وكذلك قضايا العالم العربي والإسلامي، ولأن الفارق في الاهتمام كان كبيرا بين هاته وتلك، فإننا بحثنا عن سبب ذلك الإهمال، وتوصلنا الى خلاصة مفادها أن الجزائريين هم من طلبوا من صاحب مجلة المنار السكوت لأجل الصالح العام لقضيتهم التحررية ، وهو ما تطرقنا اليه بالتفصيل في هذا المقال، فأصبحت خلاصتنا تتمحور حول السكوت الإعلامي كأسلوب جديد لدعم قضية تحررية مميزة عن غيرها و خدمتها. beginning of the 20th century were interested in the various political, social and cultural issues of the Arab nation..., and were particularly preoccupied with its colonial issues and the decline of Ottoman rule in it, and Al-Manar magazine, owned by Muhammad Rashid Rida, was one of the most prominent of these newspapers, which fiercely defended the Arab countries and their oppressed peoples, for this reason this article aims to shed light on the most important colonial issue in the Arab world at that time, which is the Algerian issue and the role of the reformer Muhammad Rashid Rida in addressing and supporting it, and he is a student of the reformer Muhammad Abduh, the most famous reformer of the Arab Islamic world at that time. Through an analytical study of the various articles in Al-Manar magazine about Algeria, we were able to reach an important conclusion, which is that the magazine did not address the issue of colonial Algeria despite its seriousness. However, despite that, the magazine greatly benefited from its silence, as Al-Manar’s articles about Algeria were very few and concerned general and superficial topics, compared to the rest of the issues of the Maghreb and also the issues of the Arab and Islamic world. Because the difference in interest was large between these and those, we searched for the reason for this neglect, and we reached a conclusion that the Algerians were the ones who asked the owner of Al-Manar magazine to remain silent for the sake of the public good of their liberation cause, which we addressed in detail in this article. Thus, our conclusion became cantered around media silence as a new method to support and serve a liberation cause that is distinct from others.
