مخاطر التطبيع مع الكيان الصهيوني على الأمن القومي العربي: تحليل سياسي وأمني

الملخص
لن يُفاجئ المتابع للشأن الفلسطيني من عمليات التطبيع التي قامت بها بعض الدول العربية، إذ كانت تلك العلاقات عمومًا سرية وتشمل تنسيقات أمنية وحتى تبادل زيارات. المعلوم أيضا خطورة التطبيع على هضم حقوق الشعب الفلسطيني مما تمثله هذه السياسات دعم للكيان الصهيوني لمواصلته العدوان على الأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة و استمرار خططه في تهجيرهم وبناء مستوطنات و قيام بجرائم ضد الإنسانية أمام صمت الدولي لهذه الانتهاكات ، وأيضا التخاذل العربي بسبب هشاشة الوحدة العربية وعدم فاعلية الجامعة العربية المغيبة تماما عن الواقع العربي بعدما كانت القضية الفلسطينية من أولويات النظام العربي( الصراع العربي-الإسرائيلي) قد تراجعت في الآونة الأخيرة بسبب عدة متغيرات شهدتها المنطقة ، رغم ذلك يبقى التطبيع مع الكيان الصهيوني هو تهديد استراتيجي دائم للمركب الأمني الشرق-أوسطي كما تحدث عنه باري بوزان في نظريته ، لأنه اختراق وتوسيع لنفوذه مستغلا اختلاف التوجهات الجيوستراتيجية العربية وتواجد قوى إقليمية كتركيا وايران ودولية .وأيضا لا ننسى الانقسام داخل البيت الفلسطيني وعدم وحدة خطابه .رغم كل ذلك يجب عمل على أليات من شأنها إيجاد استراتيجية تضمن الحل العادل للقضية الفلسطينية والادراك الحقيقي لنخب الحاكمة والمطبعة لتهديد الذي ينتج عن تطبيعها مع الكيان الصهيوني The observer of Palestinian affairs would not be surprised by the normalization processes undertaken by some Arab countries, as those relations were generally secretive and included security coordination and even exchange of visits. It is also well-known how dangerous normalization is to the rights of the Palestinian people, as such policies represent support for the Zionist entity, enabling it to continue its aggression against the occupied Palestinian territories, pursue its plans of displacement, expand settlements, and commit crimes against humanity amid international silence regarding these violations. Furthermore, Arab complacency is evident due to the fragility of Arab unity and the ineffectiveness of the Arab League, which has become completely disconnected from the Arab reality. This is a sharp contrast to the past when the Palestinian cause was a top priority of the Arab system (the Arab-Israeli conflict), a priority that has recently declined due to various changes in the region. Nevertheless, normalization with the Zionist entity remains a constant strategic threat to the Middle Eastern security complex, as discussed by Barry Buzan in his theory. This is because normalization represents a breach and an expansion of Zionist influence, exploiting differences in Arab geostrategic orientations and the presence of regional powers like Turkey and Iran, as well as international actors. Additionally, the internal division within the Palestinian leadership and the lack of a unified stance further complicate the situation. Despite all these challenges, it is essential to work on mechanisms that can establish a strategy to guarantee a just solution to the Palestinian cause. There must also be a genuine awareness among ruling elites and normalization advocates of the threats posed by their engagement with the Zionist entity.
