The Urgent Nature Of Litigation Procedures Before The Social Judiciary

Abstract
The working class is one of the fundamental pillars of society, encompassing a large segment of its members. For this reason, it has received special attention and care from the Algerian legislator. To ensure the stability of the relationship between the worker and the employer, the Algerian legislator has established legal mechanisms to regulate the resolution of disputes that may arise between the parties through a set of defined judicial procedures.
