Abstract

Abstract:The aim of this paper is to analyze the impact of inputs liberalization on non oil exports of Algeria. For that we have analyzed two products: « Glass » and « paper and paperboard ».Our results show that exports of these two products have grown a few years after the execution of the association agreement with the European Union .This exports expansion was done in parallel with the increase in intermediate goods imports with exemption from customs duties from European Union, which is in favour of enhancing productivity and exports of firms manufacturing the glass and paper. Résumé: L’Objectif de ce travail est d’analyser l’impact de la libéralisation des échanges de biens intermédiaires sur les exportations non liées aux hydrocarbures en Algérie. Pour cela nous avons étudié deux produits : le verre et le Carton et papier. Nos résultats montrent que les exportations de ces deux produits se sont développées après la mise en application de l’accord d’association avec l’Union Européenne, en parallèle avec la progression des importations en franchise des droits de douane de biens intermédiaires originaires de cette zone, ce qui est en faveur de l’amélioration de la productivité et des exportations des entreprises fabricant les deux produits étudié
