الملخص

تعد ظاهرة التنمر السيبراني ضد الأطفال من بين القضايا المستحدثة التي تنعكس سلبا على الاستقرار الأمني، إذ باتت هذه الظاهرة تشكل خطرا حقيقيا يهدد المجتمع كونها تتصف بسهولة ارتكابها، إضافة إلى تجاوزها للحدود الإقليمية، وانتشار شبكاتها عالميا وتحولها من العالم الواقعي إلى العالم الافتراضي. تكمن أهمية هذا الموضوع من خلال اهتمام الباحثين بظاهرة التنمر السيبراني ضد الأطفال نتيجة انتشارها في البيئة الاجتماعية، إضافة إلى ازدياد ضحايا هذه الظاهرة التي لها آثار وخيمة انعكست على استقرار المجتمع وأمنه، خاصة في ظل غياب الرقابة الأسرية وتطور الأساليب الإجرامية التي تساهم في استحداث أنماط من الإجرام مرتبطة بالتقنية الرقمية. تهدف دراسة موضوع " الحماية الجزائية الموضوعية للطفل من التنمر السيبراني " إلى محاولة إظهار التأثير السلبي لسوء استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وما نتج عنها من اعتداءات على الطفل في البيئة الرقمية، وتسليط الضوء على واقع التنمر الذي يتعرض له في الفضاء السيبراني. Abstract: The phenomenon of cyberbullying against children is among the emerging issues that negatively affect security stability. This phenomenon has become a real threat to society, as it is easy to commit. In addition to its transcendence of regional borders, and the spread of its networks globally and its transformation from the real world to the virtual world. The importance of this topic lies in the interest of researchers in the phenomenon of cyberbullying against children as a result of its spread in the social environment. In addition to the increasing number of victims of this phenomenon, which has dire effects on the stability and security of society. Especially in light of the absence of family supervision and the development of criminal methods that contribute to the creation of patterns of crime linked to digital technology. The study on the topic of “Objective Criminal Protection of Children from Cyberbullying” aims to try to show the negative impact of the misuse of information and communication technology, and the resulting attacks on children in the digital environment, and highlight the reality of bullying in cyberspace.
