Abstract
Technology and the spread of the Internet have greatly contributed to strengthening relationships and facilitating the exchange of ideas and information among individuals, to the extent that the world has become a single village. While some people use technological tools for purposes that positively benefit society, others exploit them to cause harm. In recent years, the phenomenon of cyberbullying on social media platforms has spread widely and dangerously. Through this study, we seek to define this phenomenon and identify the acts that may accompany bullying, turning jokes and mockery into a fully constituted crime, while also determining the penalties applied to the perpetrator under Algerian law. لقد ساهمت التكنولوجيا وإنتشار الأنترنت بشكل كبير في تعزيز العلاقات وتبادل الأفكار والمعلومات بين الأفراد بحيث أصبح العالم عبارة عن قرية واحدة. وقد يستغل البعض الأدوات التكنولوجية لأغراض تعود بشكل إيجابي على المجتمع، بينما قد يستغلها البعض الآخر لغرض إيذاء الغير، وقد إنتشرت مؤخرا ظاهرة التنمر عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بشكل كبير وخطير. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنحاول التعريف بهذه الظاهرة ،مع تحديد الأفعال التي قد تصاحب فعل التنمر والتي تحول المزاح والسخرية إلى جريمة مكتملة الأركان، مع تحديد العقوبة المطبقة على الجاني في القانون الجزائري.
