Conditions For The Establishment Of Sports Commercial Companies In Algerian Legislation

Abstract
The change in the legal status of a professional club that takes the form of a commercial company requires the fulfillment of certain conditions, known as eligibility criteria, as introduced by the Draft Regulations. These criteria include the eligibility of sports clubs to engage in professional activities and reflect the State’s intention not to leave this activity subject to the principle of freedom, but rather to specific procedures that must be followed.
