مشروعية العنف من أجل التّحرّر من الإستعمار في فكر فرانز فانون.

الملخص: ترجع قيمة أعمال فرانز فانون إلى حد كبير إلى قربه الزماني والمكاني والنفسي أيضًا، من الوقائع التي ترتبط بها أعماله، خاصة تحليله الذي تم إجراؤه للظواهر المرتبطة بالاستعمار، مثل خصوصيات الاضطرابات النفسية المرتبطة بالتمييز العنصري أو الاضطهاد الاستعماري؛ وكذلك السلوك الاجتماعي لمختلف الفئات الاجتماعية فيما يتعلق بهذا الاضطهاد، أو حتى الدراسات حول الظروف والآثار الاجتماعية المترتبة على قيام الدول المستقلة في إفريقيا، التي هي تعبير عن تجارب مباشرة كان انخراط فرانز فانون فيها قويا جدا، وتعهد بالتزاماته بالكامل. لذلك فإن هذه المقالة تسلط الضوء على أفكار فرانز فانون في كتابه "معذبو الأرض"، من جهة أولاً: لأنه نص معاصر حول مشروعية العنف الثوري، حيث كان فانون نفسه منخرطاً في نضالات الشعب الجزائري. ثانيًا، يتمتع هذا النص الذي يدافع عن أطروحة مشروعية العنف التحرري، بميزة كونه يمثل موقع التقاء بين النظرية السياسية والممارسة الإكلينيكية؛ وهو ما يمثل في رأيي تركيزًا إرشاديًا بشكل خاص في دراسة مشروعية العنف من أجل التحرر. الكلمات المفتاحية: - التّحرّر، الإضطهاد الإستعماري، مشروعية العنف، فرانز فانون. Résumé: La valeur des œuvres de Frantz Fanon tient en grande partie à sa proximité temporelle, spatiale, mais aussi psychologique avec les réalités auxquelles ses œuvres se rapportent, notamment son analyse faite de phénomènes associés au colonialisme, comme les spécificités des troubles psychologiques liés à la discrimination raciale ou l'oppression coloniale ; Ainsi que les comportements sociaux de divers groupes sociaux face à cette persécution, ou encore les études sur les conditions et les effets sociaux résultant de la création d'États indépendants en Afrique, qui sont l'expression d'expériences directes dans lesquelles l'implication de Frantz Fanon a été très forte. , et il a pleinement promis ses engagements. Cet article met donc en lumière les idées de Frantz Fanon dans son livre « Les Damnés de la Terre », d’abord : parce qu’il s’agit d’un texte contemporain sur la légitimité de la violence révolutionnaire, Fanon lui-même étant impliqué dans les luttes du peuple algérien. Deuxièmement, ce texte, qui défend la thèse de la légitimité de la violence émancipatrice, a l’avantage d’être un lieu d’intersection entre théorie politique et pratique clinique. Cela représente, à mon avis, un point particulièrement instructif pour examiner la légitimité de la violence pour la libération. Summary: The value of Frantz Fanon's works is largely due to his temporal, spatial, and also psychological proximity to the realities with which his works relate, especially his analysis made of phenomena associated with colonialism, such as the specifics of psychological disorders associated with racial discrimination or colonial oppression; As well as the social behavior of various social groups in relation to this persecution, or even studies on the conditions and social effects resulting from the establishment of independent states in Africa, which are an expression of direct experiences in which Frantz Fanon’s involvement was very strong, and he fully pledged his commitments. Therefore, this article sheds light on Frantz Fanon’s ideas in his book “The Wretched of the Earth,” firstly: because it is a contemporary text about the legitimacy of revolutionary violence, as Fanon himself was involved in the struggles of the Algerian people. Second, this text, which defends the thesis of the legitimacy of emancipatory violence, has the advantage of being a site of intersection between political theory and clinical practice. This, in my view, represents a particularly instructive focus in examining the legitimacy of violence for liberation.
