الطفل والتكنولوجيا الرقمية قراءة في الايجابيات والسلبيات وآليات الحماية المبكرة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح الآثار الإيجابية ومخاطر محتويات التكنولوجيا الرقمية على الأطفال، ونظرا لما تقدمه هذه الأخيرة من موارد تعليمية متنوعة تعزز النمو الشخصي والتعليمي تشير نتائج هذه الورقة إلى أن وجود الاستخدام المكثف لها من قبل الأطفال من دون إشراف أسري، قد يؤدي الى نتائج وخيمة تؤثر بشكل مباشر على الصحة الجسدية والنفسية لهم، قد يتحملها نقص الوعي بمخاطرها، لذا تستدعي هذه الحالة التدخل المبكر لحماية الأطفال في البيئة الرقمية، نظرا لكونها مسؤولية جماعية، تتطلب موازنة بين تمكينهم رقميا ووقايتهم عبر سياسات شاملة تربط الوعي بالتكنولوجيا والتشريع، كما توصي الورقة بآليات ثلاثية: تفعيل أدوات رقابة أبوية ك( ـGoogle Family Link)، دمج التوعية والتعليم الرقميين في المؤسسات التعليمية، الضبط القانوني وتعزيز التعاون الدولي حول هذا الموضوع. Abstract: This research paper aims to clarify the Benefits effects and Drawbacks of digital technology content on children. Given its provision of diverse educational resources that enhance personal and educational development, the findings of this paper indicate that intensive, unsupervised use by children may lead to severe consequences, directly impacting their physical and psychological health—a situation compounded by a lack of awareness of its risks. Consequently, this necessitates early intervention to protect children in the digital environment, as it is a collective responsibility requiring a balance between digital empowerment and safeguarding through comprehensive policies that link technological awareness and legislation. The paper recommends a mechanism: 1. Activating parental control tools (e.g., Google Family Link). 2. Integrating digital literacy and education into educational institutions. 3. Legal regulation and strengthening international cooperation on this issue.
