رأس المال الفكري ودوره في تطوير الخدمات الصحية: دراسة ميدانية بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل كاكي محمد بولاية الجلفة

الملخص
- الملخص باللغة العربية : انطلاقا من الاعتراف بالصحة كحق انساني، وضرورة الخدمة الصحية كمطلب اجتماعي أساسي، وايمانا بأهمية العنصر البشري كفاعل أساسي في تنفيذ هذه الخدمة نظرا لما يتمتع به من القدرات والكفاءات والمعارف والخبرات، التي تساهم في تطوير أساليبها وتحسين جودتها، جاءت هذه الدراسة كمبادرة للتعرف على واقع رأس المال الفكري، ودوره في تطوير الخدمات الصحية، اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات من الكتب والسجلات والوثائق والدراسات السابقة في الموضوع، كأداوات ثانوية لوصف متغيرات الدراسة في جانبها النظري، في حين تمثلت الأداة الأساسية لجمع البيانات في الجانب الميداني، في تطبيق استمارة استبيان على عينة عشوائية، شملت 100 فرد من موظفي المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية المتخصصة الأم والطفل كاكي محمد بولاية الجلفة، ليتم معالجة وتحليل البيانات المتوصل اليها باستخدام مختلف الاختبارات والأساليب الاحصائية لبرنامج v22 Spss ، وعليه خلصت الدراسة الى نتائج هامة مفادها أن هناك توفرا لمؤشرات رأس المال الفكري المتعلقة ببعد رأس المال الهيكلي، دون المؤشرات المتعلقة ببعدي رأس المال البشري والعلائقي، وأن هناك مؤشرات ايجابية لمستوى تطوير الخدمات الصحية في المؤسسة ميدان الدراسة، وأكدت الدراسة أن هناك دورا لراس المال الفكري في تطوير الخدمات الصحية، من خلال بعد رأس المال الهيكلي، اذ أن 66 ٪ من التطورات التي تطرأ على مستوى الخدمات الصحية، تفسرها التغيرات في مستوى رأس المال الهيكلي، كما أوحت الدراسة بعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في اتجاهات المبحوثين حول متغيرات الدراسة، تعزى للمتغيرات الشخصية والمهنية عدا المتعلقة بمتغير العمر، وعليه أوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام برأس المال الفكري، من خلال برامج التكوين والتدريب وتحسين بيئة العمل، التي تساهم في تأدية المهام المتعلقة بالخدمة الصحية. الملخص باللغة الانجليزية: Abstract: Based on recognition of health as a human right, and the necessity of health service as a basic social demand, As a belief in the importance of the human element as a fundamental actor in implementing this service due to its capabilities, competencies, knowledge and experiences, which contribute to developing its methods and improving its quality, this study came as an initiative to identify the reality of the Intellectual capital, and its role in developing health services, depending on the descriptive analytical approach, by reviewing the literature of books, records, documents and previous studies on the subject, as secondary tools to describe the study variables in its theoretical aspect, while the basic tool to collect data on the field side was to apply A questionnaire form on a random sample, which included 100 individuals from the employees of the specialized hospital in the mother and child Kaki Muhammad in The wilaya of Djelfa, to be processed and analyzed the data associated with using various tests and statistical methods of the V22 SPSS program, and accordingly the study concluded important results that there are a availability of capital indicators The intellectual related to the dimension of structural capital, without indicators related to the dimensions of human and the lengthy capital, and that there are positive indicators of the level of developing health services in the institution, the field of study, and the study confirmed that there is a role for the intellectual capital in developing health services, through the dimension of structural capital, as 66 % of the developments that occur at the level of health services, are explained by changes in the level of structural capital, as the study indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the directions of the respondents on the variables With intellectual capital, through training and training programs and improving the work environment, which contributes to the tasks of health service.
