The Role Of Social Responsibility In Improving The Quality Of Health Services A Field Study Of The Eye Hospital In Djelfa

Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of social responsibility in improving the quality of health services through a field study of the Eye Hospital in Djelfa. To achieve the study's objectives, the descriptive-analytical method was used by distributing a questionnaire to the hospital's employees, totaling 58 employees. A random sample of 40 employees, or 68.97% of the entire study population, was selected. After analyzing the results, we found a statistically significant effect at the significance level (α≤0.05) between social responsibility in its dimensions (economic impact, legal impact, ethical impact, and charitable impact) and the quality of healthcare services. The study concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of training employees on modern technologies that facilitate work and enhance the quality of the service provided.
