Abstract
One of the major challenges for companies is to protect themselves and combat acts of corruption or influence peddling. This is why many international groups have adopted a business best practices guide inspired by the French anti-corruption law known as SAPIN II. This research aims to assess the internal control mechanism against acts of corruption in a multinational company based in Algeria, within the framework of the eighth (8th) pillar of the SAPIN II law, which relates to internal control and evaluation.
