الملخص

تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز الاطر النظرية المساهمة في تبلور مفهوم الإدارة المستدامة، وتسليط الضوء على المحاور الرئيسة التي مكنت شركة True Corporation Public Company Limited من تحقيق الأداء المستدام وتجسيد الإدارة المستدامة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى اعتماد الشركة على أصحاب المصلحة وعلى أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية لتقييم أدائها المستدام، والاهتمام بتوظيف المعايير والمبادئ التوجيهية والقوانين والمواثيق الدولية المتعلقة بالاستدامة، والممارسات البيئية والاجتماعية وحوكمة الشركة، كأبرز المحاور الرئيسة التي مكنتها من تحقيق الإدارة المستدامة حسب مؤشر داو جونز للاستدامة لعام 2024. The study aims to identify the theoretical frameworks that have contributed to the crystallisation of the concept of sustainable management and to highlight the key issues that have enabled True Corporation Public Company Limited to achieve sustainable performance and embody sustainable management. The study found that the company's reliance on stakeholder and social responsibility activities to assess its sustainable performance and its interest in adopting international standards, guidelines, laws and charters related to sustainability, environmental, social and corporate governance practices are the main key axes that enabled it to achieve sustainable management according to the Dow Jones Sustainability Index 2024.
