Exporting As A Strategic Option For Institutional Market Penetration Into International Markets: Case Study Of Condor Company

Abstract

Exporting is a critical mechanism for penetrating international markets. This study examines its impact through the lens of Condor Company, a prominent electronics firm in Algeria. Utilizing interviews to address the research problem and test hypotheses, it was found that exporting serves as an efficacious strategy to facilitate international market entry for companies. Furthermore, exporting has significantly enlarged Condor's operational scope, enabling it to exploit marketing opportunities on a global scale.
