الملخص

يعد-الوقف- من أهم المظاهر التي جاءت بها الحضارة الإسلامية، فهو الذي يعبر عن الخير المستشري في الإنسان المسلم ويبرز مدى الإحساس الإنساني اتجاه الآخرين، وتعددت إسهامات الوقف في الحياة الاجتماعية لمجتمع المغرب الإسلامي، حيث مست مختلف جوانب الحياة مثل إسعاف الفقراء والمحتاجين، ورعاية المسنين والاعتناء بالمرضى، وبذلك أصبح نظام الوقف مصدرا لقوة الدولة، وشريكا لها في خدمة المجتمع ورعاية شؤونه، حيث خفف على الدولة الكثير من الأعباء، وجعل تحت تصرفها موارد ضخمة أعانتها على الاضطلاع بأعبائها. إن الأوقاف اعتنت بكل مصالح المسلمين، ولم يترك كبيرة ولا صغيرة إلا وأدرجها ضمن اهتماماتها، وبذلك كانت سندا حقيقيا للمجتمع والراعية لمصالحه، وكذلك مصدر قوة لكل من المجتمع والدولة. Abstract: Endowment is considered as one of the most important aspects brought by Islamic civilization, as it expresses the goodness prevalent in the Muslim person and highlights the extent of human feeling towards others. The contributions of the Waqf to the social life of the Islamic Maghreb community have been numerous, as they touch on various aspects of life, such as assistance to the poor and the needy, care of the elderly and care of the elderly. sick.The waqf became a source of strength for the State and a reliable partner in the service of society and in the management of its affairs, because it reduced the numerous burdens of the State and made available to it enormous resources that help it accomplish its tasks. The Foundations took care of all the interests of Muslims and left nothing big or small without including it among its interests. Thus, they were a true support for society and a guardian of its interests, as well as a source of strength for both society and the state.
