الملخص
يتصل التّخطيط اللُّغوي بشتى الجوانب المتعلقة بوضع سياسة لغويّة تتسم بالشمولية، وتوضع من خلالها مختلف الرؤى والأفكار التي تبيّن مكانة اللُّغات المستخدمة على مستوى الساحة، وقد وصفه(التّخطيط اللُّغوي) العديد من المفكرين بأنه يرمي إلى تحديد خطة مستقبلية لوضع اللُّغة من أجل استخدامها من خلال برامج، وتشريعات، وقرارات، ويرمي هذا البحث إلى تقديم دراسة وصفيّة لكتاب:« السّياسةُ اللُّغـويّةُ وموقعُ لـغـة الأمّـة»للباحث الدكتور صالح بلعيد، والمعروف بجهوده المتميّزة في هذا المجال المعرفي الخصب، يقع الكتاب في:463صفحة، وقد صدر حديثاً بالجزائر خلال شهر سبتمبر2023م، وهو بمنزلة موسوعة علميّة شاملة تُعالج قضايا متنوعة ذات صلة بالسياسة اللُّغويّة؛ حيث نلفي فيه العديد من الأفكار العميقة. Linguistic planning relates to various aspects related to developing a comprehensive linguistic policy, through which various visions and ideas are developed that show the status of the languages used on the arena level. Many thinkers have described (linguistic planning) as aiming to define a future plan to develop the language for use through programs. , legislation, and decisions. This research aims to present a descriptive study of the book: “Linguistic Policy and the Place of the Nation’s Language” by researcher Dr. Saleh Belaid, who is known for his distinguished efforts in this fertile field of knowledge. The book is 463 pages long and was recently published in Algeria during the month of September 2023 AD. It serves as a comprehensive scientific encyclopedia that addresses various issues related to linguistic policy. Where we meet many deep ideas.
