Volunteer Work: Its Obstacles And Factors For Its Success

Abstract
No one can deny that the issue of volunteer work in contemporary time is one of the main pillars and pillars in achieving development, and it is also an important symbol and reference to measure the level of awareness and sophistication in society, and given this importance many considered it as a sector that is no less important than the government sector in terms of roles And jobs, But despite this location and the status it occupies, it sometimes collides with some obstacles at different levels, including what is at the volunteer level, and some of which are related to the volunteer charity, and there are obstacles related to the environment of society in which volunteer work exists . That is why this article came to highlight the most important active factors for volunteerism, which would contribute a positive contribution to making volunteer work perform its role and function with comfort and success.
