The Digitaq Project: Building Digital Capabilities For Managing Higher Education Quality Assurance System In Algeria And Its Impact On Enhancing University Visibility

Abstract

This study highlights the key concepts of quality assurance in higher education and digitalization, emphasizing their importance as major trends both nationally and internationally in the university sector. Additionally, it examines the experience of the Algerian university regarding quality assurance and presents the international partnership project, DIGITAQ, aimed at enhancing the digital capabilities of the higher education quality assurance system in Algeria. Through an analytical approach, this research aims to identify the contributory aspects of DIGITAQ in improving the visibility of the Algerian university.
