Abstract
Abstract : The purpose of this study is to find out the role of motivating entrepreneurship thinking for sportsmen and women and to direct them towards investment in Algiers Commun of Draria. Where the motivations were given to elite sportsmen and steer them towards investment. It has also been achieved that most sportsmen and women have sports ideas and entrepreneurial projects and want to implement them on the ground in order to develop and develop the sports sector. Despite all these efforts, it is still insufficient to promote and motivate athletes' ideas and direct them towards investment. This is what prompted us to study the role of the motivation of partnership thinking for athletes and to direct them towards investment, study on the grounds of sports halls in Draria Algiers
