الملخص
الملخص : هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة المشاكل التي تواجه جميع أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية و الاختصاصيين اليوم في تهيئة التلاميذ المنخرطين في الرياضة المدرسية للوصول بهم إلى أعلى المستويات ، و هذا لغرض الاعتماد عليهم مستقبلا مما يتطلب انتقاء جيد من جميع النواحي ولكن يجب أن نلاحظ قبل هذا الانتقاء أن هناك بعض القياسات و المواصفات التي يجب أن يجتازها التلميذ حتى يكون مؤهلا للاستمرار في المشاركة ضمن النوادي المدرسية ومن ثم توجيههم نحو النوادي الرياضية دون أن نترك مجالا للصدفة في اختيارنا هذا ، لان العملية معقدة وتحتاج إلى عمل مبرمج على أسس علمية من طرف المختصين ، وتتمثل هاته الأسس في المعايير البدنية والمورفولوجية و النفسية ومدى تطبيقها في عملية الانتقاء و التوجيه والتي هي محور دراستنا هاته والتي استخدمنا فيها المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملائمته مع طبيعة الدراسة كما تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات وقد توصل الباحث الى تحقق جميع الفرضيات الجزئية والتي دلت على اعتماد المعايير البدنية والمورفولوجية والنفسية في عملية انتقاء التلاميذ في الرياضة المدرسية ومن ثم توجيههم نحو النوادي الرياضي. Abstract : it The study aimed to find out the problems facing all the professors of physical education and sports and specialists today in preparing students involved in school sports to reach them to the highest levels, and this for the purpose of relying on them in the future, which requires a good selection in all respects, but must We note before this selection that there are some measurements and specifications that the pupil must pass to be eligible to continue participating in the school clubs and then directing them towards the sports clubs without leaving room for chance in this choice, because the process is complicated and needs a work programmed on scientific basis By specialists, these principles are the physical, morphological and psychological standards and the extent to which they are applied in the process of selection and guidance, which is the focus of our study, in which we used the descriptive and analytical method suitability with the nature of the study and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection and may The researcher reached all the partial hypotheses which indicated the adoption of physical, morphological and psychological criteria in the process of selecting pupils in school sports and then directing them towards sports clubs.
