الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على أثر القيادة المرتكزة على مبادئ في أداء المؤسسة، باتخاذ المركب الصناعي التجاري -مطاحن الزيبان القنطرة-كحالة للدراسة، بالاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة أساسية للبحث، بلغت العينة المعتمدة (46) إطارا من مختلف المستويات؛ توصلت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: وجود أثر للقيادة المرتكزة على مبادئ في أداء المؤسسة. This study aimed to determine the impact of principle-based leadership on performance of the enterprise, by taking the commercial industrial complex - AlZayban Mills El kantara- as a case study, depending on the questionnaire as an essential tool for research, The sample approved in the study was (46) executives from different levels.
