التداعيات الأمنية للصراعات في سوريا والعراق وأثرها على استقرار منطقة الشرق الأوسط

الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الأوضاع الأمنية الداخلية في كل من سوريا والعراق بعد الأزمتين التي عرفتهما، بدءا من الانقسامات السياسية وصولا إلى التحولات في البنية المجتمعية واللتان أثرتا على استقرارهما، وتركتا المجال واسعا للتدخلات الخارجية الساعية للعب أدوار إقليمية. كما تهدف الدراسة لرصد التحولات التي مست البنى والهياكل الأمنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والمجتمعية وتأثيرها على القرار السياسي الذي بات رهينة التجاذبات الإقليمية والدولية. وقد استعانت الدراسة في عملية البحث بأطر نظرية ومنهجية بغية وصف الأحداث والتفاعلات الحاصلة في الساحة السورية والعراقية، وتحليل آثارهما على دول المنطقة .وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج، من أهمها غياب التوافق والتعاون الاستراتيجي بين دول منطقة الشرق الأوسط مما أتاح الفرص أمام القوى الإقليمية والدولية لإحكام سيطرتها وتحقيق سياسياتها ومصالحها بها. This study seeks to shed light on the internal security conditions in both Syria and Iraq after the two crises that they witnessed, starting from political divisions and reaching transformations in societal structure, which affected their stability and left wide scope for external interventions seeking to play regional roles. The study also aims to monitor the transformations that affected the security, political, economic and societal structures and structures and their impact on the political decision that has become hostage to regional and international tensions. The study used theoretical and methodological frameworks to describe the events and interactions in the Syrian and Iraqi arena and analyze their effects on the countries of the region. The study reached several conclusions, the most important of which is the lack of strategic compatibility and cooperation between the countries of the Middle East region, which provided opportunities for regional and international powers to tighten their control and achieve their policies and interests in the region.
