According to the definitions established by case law in the field of comparative legislation, concerted practice can be defined as "a form of coordination between companies which, without having been pushed to the conclusion of an agreement strictly speaking, knowingly substitutes practical cooperation between them at the risk of competition. This does not necessarily mean that it must have an impact on competition, but it is enough that its object involves a risk for competition without the appearance of a tangible economic impact, which is proven by a system of evidence adapted to its nature called the method of the set of indicators.
