تقييم فعالية برنامج لوفاس لأطفال ذوي التوحد من خلال مقارنة مع برامج التدخل الاخرى

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم فعالية برنامج لوفاس (LOVAAS) في تحسين المهارات الاجتماعية واللغوية والسلوكية للأطفال ذوي التوحد، ومقارنتها مع برامج التدخل الأخرى، وذلك من خلال التحليل النقدي للنائج الدراسات السابقة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن برنامج لوفاس (LOVAAS) يُعد واحدًا من أكثر البرامج فعالية في تحسين المهارات الاجتماعية والتواصلية لأطفال التوحد، ولكن يمكن أن تكون بعض البرامج الأخرى أكثر فعالية في بعض الحالات. وتُشير هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية اختيار برنامج التدخل المناسب لكل طفل بناءً على احتياجاته الفردية وخصائص التوحد عنده. وتُوصي هذه الدراسة بضرورة إجراء مزيد من الأبحاث حول برامج التدخل الأخرى مثل العلاج المعرفي السلوكي (CBT) والتدخلات المبكرة للأطفال ذوي التوحد (TEACCH) لتحديد فعاليتهم بشكل أفضل ومقارنتها مع برنامج لوفاس. Abstract: Intervention programs for children with autism are essential strategies for improving their quality of life and developing their skills in communication, interaction, and learning. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the LOVAAS (Lovaas Behavioral Intervention) program in improving social, language, and behavioral skills in children with autism, and compare it to other intervention programs, through analyzing previous studies. Previous studies have shown that the LOVAAS program is one of the most effective programs in improving social and communication skills for children with autism, however, other programs can be more effective in some cases. This study indicates the importance of choosing the appropriate intervention program for each child based on their individual needs and autism characteristics. This study recommends the need for further research on other intervention programs such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Early Intervention for Children with Autism (TEACCH) to determine their effectiveness and compare them to the LOVAAS program.
