The Impact Of The Corona Pandemic On Job Performance In Algerian Industrial Organizations

Abstract
This research paper highlights the impact of the Corona pandemic (Covid-19) on job performance in the national industrial establishments in Rouiba )SNVI (. The study was conducted on a sample of 50 workers from different socio-professional groups. We relied on the quantitative approach to the subject based on probability sampling and simple random sampling. We also used the questionnaire as a data collection tool. The study revealed a number of results. The most important of which are, that the Corona pandemic has created abnormal working conditions that affected the normal pattern of work dynamics, which negatively affected the job performance of the individuals working in this organization.
