العنف في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي: التجليات واستراتيجيات التعامل

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أبرز ملامح وتجليات ظاهرة العنف عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، والبحث عن الاستراتيجيات الأنسب للتعامل معها، ومن خلال قراءة وصفية وتحليلية للموضوع والبحث في علاقة وسائل الإعلام والاتصال بظاهرة العنف في المجتمع الجزائري تم التأكيد على خطورة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي باعتبارها منصات محرضة على العنف بكل أشكاله ضمنيا وتعيينيا، وهو ما يستدعي تجنيد كل الجهات في المجتمع لمواجهته، وذلك باتباع استراتيجيات توعوية فعالة، والدور الكبير يقع على عاتق مؤسسات التنشئة الاجتماعية لا سيما الأسرة ووسائل الإعلام، من أجل ترشيد استخدام الأفراد لهذه التكنولوجيات الحديثة من خلال تطبيق نظام متابعة ورقابة محكم يحميهم من مخاطرها. The aim of this study was to identify the most prominent features and manifestations of the phenomenon of violence through social networking sites, and to search for the most appropriate strategies to deal with it, and through a descriptive and analytical reading of the subject and research on the relationship of the media and communication with the phenomenon of violence in Algerian society, the danger of social networking sites was emphasized as platforms that incite violence in all its forms, implicitly and identically, which requires the recruitment of all parties in society to confront it, by following effective awareness strategies, and the great role lies on the shoulders of social upbringing institutions, especially the family and the media, in order to rationalize the use of these modern technologies by applying a tight monitoring and control system that protects them from their dangers.
