الملخص
لقد أتاحت الشبكة العنكبوتية تغييرا جذريا واضح المعالم في الميدان الإعلامي الاتصالي، خاصة بعد ظهور وسائط الميلتيميديا التي تعد تطبيقاتها تفاعلية تأثيرية بامتياز، كونها تدمج بين أكثر من ميزة فتصبح المضامين التي تبثها غائبة المعالم خاصة إذا ما كانت هذه المواضيع ذات خطورة على المجتمع كظاهرة العنف والإجرام، هذه الأخيرة التي تفشت في المجتمعات الجزائرية أين جعلت من أحيائها السكنية قطبا لهذه الجرائم فأخلت بالاستقرار في خضم تضارب الأسباب وتباين النتائج، فأضحت مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ساعية للتوعية الهادفة حول هذه الظاهرة، لكن إلى أي حد تنتهي نتائج هذه التوعية في ظل المضامين المتناولة؟. وعليه جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبحث في واقع تناول مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لظاهرة العنف والإجرام وانعكاسات المضاميين المُمَيّعة على المجتمع، من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من متتبعي هذه الظاهرة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث توصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها: -أن من أهم أسباب تناول مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لمضامين العنف والإجرام في الأحياء السكنية هو رفع نسبة المشاهدة. -أن التناول الايجابي عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي لمضامين العنف والإجرام في الإحياء السكنية له نتائج ايجابية في إصلاح المجتمع. SUMMERY The Internet has enabled a radical and clear change in the field of communication media, especially after the emergence of multimedia, whose applications are interactive and effective with distinction, as it combines more than one feature, so the contents it broadcasts become absent, especially if these topics are dangerous to society such as the phenomenon of violence and crime Where did the latter, which spread in Algerian societies, make its residential neighborhoods a pole of these crimes, thus disturbing stability in the midst of conflicting causes and varying results, so social networking sites became seeking to raise awareness about this phenomenon, but to what extent do the results of this awareness end in light of the contents covered ? Accordingly, this study came to examine the reality of social networking sites dealing with the phenomenon of violence and crime and the repercussions of fluidized content on society, through a field study on a sample of followers of this phenomenon on social networking sites, where the study reached several results, the most important of which are: - that of the most important The reasons why social networking sites address the content of violence and crime in residential neighborhoods is to raise the viewership rate. - The positive approach through social networking sites to the contents of violence and crime in residential neighborhoods has positive results in reforming society
