Abstract
Abstract: Achieving investment policy in the state is linked to specific laws that address important issues related to investment and directly affect it, including real estate ownership laws and regulating the exploitation of national property, the latter of which largely controls the implementation and embodiment of this policy. To the extent that investments are organized and directed, various economic developments can be controlled. Its forms: industrial, agricultural, and urban, and therefore most of the legal rules are concerned with regulating all actions related to them. Keywords: investment, real estate, national property
