الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على مستوى ومحددات توجه الطلبة الجامعيين تجاه تأسيس المؤسسات الناشئة في ظل قانون 1275، وقد اعتمد الباحثان المنهج الوصفي وتم استخدام أداة الاستبيان لمعرفة محددات نوجه آراء عينة الدراسة المكونة من 53 فردا اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية وتم تحليل النتائج باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الاختلاف مستعينين بالبرنامج الاحصائي SPSS، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة لدى افراد العينة وجود مستوى مرتفع جدا على الموافقة عن قانون 1275 بين الطلاب فيما يتعلق بتوجههم نحو إنشاء المؤسسات الناشئة، كما أظهرت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق في الجنس، التخصص، المستوى التعليمي في تحديد توجهات الطلاب نحو المؤسسات الناشئة ويعود ذلك الى أن كلا الجنسين ذكورا وإناث يظهرون مستويات متساوية من الطموح والرغبة في الاستقلالية في العمل ويسعون الى تحقيق الذات من خلال تأسيس هذه المؤسسات الناشئة. This study aimed to identify the level and determinants of university students' attitudes towards establishing startup enterprises under Law 1275. The researchers adopted a descriptive method and utilized a questionnaire tool to understand the determinants shaping the opinions of the study sample consisting of 53 individuals selected randomly. The results were analyzed using mean averages, standard deviations, and variance coefficients with the assistance of the statistical program SPSS. One of the study's key findings was that the sample individuals exhibited a very high level of approval for Law 1275 regarding their inclination towards establishing startup enterprises. Furthermore, the results indicated no significant differences based on gender, specialization, or educational level in determining students' attitudes towards startup enterprises. This is attributed to both genders, males, and females, displaying equal levels of ambition and desire for independence in work, seeking self-realization through the establishment of these startup enterprises.
