أمننة الهجرة الأفريقية في سياسات دول حوض المتوسط: دراسة في الدوافع و الإنعكاسات

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة دوافع تنامي الهجرة غير الشرعية في أفريقيا، و تحديد الإنعكاسات السياسية و الأمنية على دول حوض المتوسط باعبارها الدول المتضرّرة من هذه الظاهرة، حيث تعتبر دول شمال أفريقيا دول مستقبلة للمهاجرين و تعاني كذلك من التدفّق المستمر لهم من منطقة الساحل الأفريقي، و تعتبر أيضا دول مرسلة للمهاجرين نحو أوروبا، هذا ما جعلها منطقة عبور للهجرة الأفريقية و لشبكات تهريب البشر التي أضحت فواعل نشطة في المنطقة في ظل الوضع الأمني المتأزم ، مما دفع دول شمال حوض المتوسّط إلى أمننة الهجرة و العمل على إدارته. Abstract: This article aims to study the motives behind the growth of illegal immigration in Africa, and to identify the political and security implications for the Mediterranean countries as the countries affected by this phenomenon, as North African countries are considered countries receiving immigrants and also suffer from the continuous flow of them from the African Sahel region, and are also considered countries sending immigrants to Europe, which made them a transit area for African immigration and human trafficking networks that have become active actors in the region in light of the deteriorating security situation, which prompted the countries of the northern Mediterranean basin to securitize immigration and work to manage it.
