الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة إلى تتبع وضعية حقوق الانسان بأنواعها وأجيالها والبحث في وجود وتأثير هذه الحقوق داخل البرامج الحكومية أو السياسات العمومية التي تضعها الدول لتحقيق التنمية المتكاملة والتي تهدف في الأخير إلى اسعاد الانسان في حياته اليومية. سعت الدول إلى محاولة التوفيق بين التزاماتها القانونية والاخلاقية وبين تحقيق الامن المعيشي للفرد وللمجتمع وهذا حسب طبيعة حكمها وأولوياته وأهدافه وطريقة تدبيره للشأن العام. الجزائر قطعت أشواط كبيرة في تصحيح وتحسين السياسات العمومية لتحسين ظروف الحياة خاصة في العقدين الاخيرين حيث شهد البلد تحولات عميقة عل كل المستويات. This paper aims to track the status of human rights in all their types and generations and to research the existence and impact of these rights within government programs or public policies that countries set to achieve integrated development, which ultimately aim to make people happy in their daily lives. Countries have sought to reconcile their legal and moral obligations with achieving security of life for the individual and society, depending on the nature of their rule, its priorities, objectives and method of managing public affairs. Algeria has made great strides in correcting and improving public policies to improve living conditions, especially in the last two decades, as the country has witnessed profound transformations at all levels. .
