أثر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على تطوير تسيير المؤسسات الرياضية

الملخص
ملخص: هدفت دراستنا إلى التعريف بحوكمة المؤسسات الرياضية ومبادئها وأهميتها ومعرفة دورها في تحقيق جودة التقارير المالية وتحسين الأداء الإداري، حيث استعملنا المنهاج الوصفي للدراسة التي شملت عينة بحث متكونة من 128 إداري من وزارة الشباب و الرياضة و بعض مسيري المنشأت الرياضية، لندرس من خلالها إشكالية أثر تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة على تطوير تسيير المؤسسات الرياضية، وقد انتهى البحث إلى نتائج علمية أهمها: أهمية الحوكمة في أنها أداة يتم من خلالها مكافحة الفساد المالي والإداري وتحقيق درجة عالية من النزاهة الشفافية والحيادية والاستقلالية لجميع الموظفين وتجنب الانحرافات أو الأخطاء في العمل ومنع استمرارهم مما يؤدي إلى تحقيق أعلى درجة ممكنة من الكفاءة والفعالية والاستمرار على تأكيد أهمية التزام المؤسسات بتطبيق قواعد ومبادئ حوكمة المؤسسات حتى ينعكس إيجابا على جودة التقارير المالية والإدارية على مستخدميها و والمساءلة وفي تحقيق العدالة والاستقلالية وفي تقليل التلاعب عن طريق الالتزام بالمبادئ المحاسبية. Abstract: Our study aimed to introduce the governance of sports institutions, their principles and importance, and to know their role in achieving the quality of financial reports and improving administrative performance. We used the descriptive approach to the study, which included a research sample consisting of 128 administrators from the Ministry of Youth and Sports and some managers of sports facilities, to study through it the problem of the impact of Applying the principles of governance to develop the management of sports institutions. The research concluded with scientific results, the most important of which are: The importance of governance in that it is a tool through which financial and administrative corruption is combated and a high degree of integrity is achieved. Transparency, neutrality and independence for all employees, avoiding deviations or errors in work and preventing their continuation, which leads to Achieving the highest possible degree of efficiency and effectiveness and continuing to emphasize the importance of institutions’ commitment to applying the rules and principles of corporate governance.
