الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في خلق فرص العمل بولاية المسيلة (الجزائر) خلال الفترة 2018-2023 باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الجزائر قدمت دعما ملحوظا لهذه المؤسسات من خلال آليات دعم ومرافقة متنوعة، مما أسهم في خلق فرص عمل مستمرة خلال هذه الفترة. فرص العمل هذه كانت متفاوتة حسب قطاعات النشاط، حيث سجل قطاع البناء والأشغال العامة أعلى نسبة في خلق مناصب العمل وهذا دليل على جهود الدولة في تحسين البنية التحتية، على عكس قطاع الفلاحة والصيد الذي شهد نموا متباطئا في خلق فرص العمل. تقترح الدراسة بضرورة معالجة التحديات في القطاعات ذات النمو الضعيف لتحقيق نمو متوازن ومستمر. الكلمات المفتاحية: مؤسسات صغيرة ومتوسطة، مناصب عمل، بطالة. Abstract: . The study aims to highlight the role of the small and medium enterprises in creating job opportunities in the wilaya of M’Sila (Algeria) during the period 2018-2023, using the descriptive-analytical method. The study found that Algeria has provided significant support to these enterprises through various support and accompaniment mechanisms, contributing to the continuous creation of job opportunities during this period. However, these opportunities varied by sector, with the construction and public works sector recording the highest job creation rate. This indicates the state’s efforts to improve infrastructure, in contrast to the agriculture anud fishing sector, which saw slower growth in job opportunities. The study suggests addressing the challenges in the weak-growth sectors to achieve balanced and sustainable growth. Keywords: Small and medium enterprises, Job opportunities, Unemployment.
