ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار أثر الإدارة بالذكاءات بأبعادها على التعلم التنظيمي لدى العاملين بمؤسسة بترو بركة ببسكرة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، بالإضافة إلى استخدام الاستبيان كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم جمع 168 استبيان و تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS وقد أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للإدارة بالذكاءات على التعلم التنظيمي بمؤسسة بترو بركة ببسكرة، مع تحقق الفرضيات الفرعية، وأوصت الدراسة على ضرورة الاهتمام بالإدارة بالذكاءات بمختلف أبعادها ودعت إلى تكثيف برامج التدريب والتأهيل للعاملين على هذه الأبعاد لضمان تحقيق أقصى استفادة من تطبيقها في المؤسسة و تحسين قدرتها على التكيف مع المتغيرات السريعة في بيئة العمل. Abstract: This study aimed to test the impact of management by intelligence and its dimensions on organizational learning among employees at Petro Baraka Corporation in Biskra. To achieve the study's objectives, a descriptive analytical approach was employed, along with the use of a questionnaire as a data collection tool. A total of 168 questionnaires were collected and the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical analysis software. The results showed a statistically significant effect of management by intelligence on organizational learning at Petro Baraka Corporation in Biskra, with the confirmation of the sub-hypotheses. The study recommended the need to focus on management by intelligence in all its dimensions and called for intensifying training and qualification programs for employees in these areas to ensure maximum benefit from its application in the organization and to improve its ability to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment.
