الملخص
The primary objective of all development policies is to preserve the natural resources or to enhance them without compromising their effectiveness in the future.. The legislator has introduced several tools for environmental management, which are mandatory for all activities that may pose a risk to the environment. These include preventive measures established through the Environmental Impact Assessment system. Additionally, specific rules have been created for what is referred to as "classified establishments," which are required to comply with particular environmental standards.
