Abstract

The international humanitarian intervention is one of the most important issues dealt with by jurists as special interests of powerful states could be involved, and what is raised about its implications for the sovereignty and national unity of the countries concerned by intervention. The issue of humanitarian intervention in the Darfur region is one of the most important issues of the current century as it has various repercussions on the Sudan and the whole region This paper represents the scientific material to study alternative mechanisms for intervening while protecting human rights and without being subjected to State sovereignty and unity.
