المقاولاتية الاجتماعية ودورها في تحقيق التنمية والتأثير الاجتماعي بالصين

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على واقع المقاولاتية الاجتماعية في الصين، وابراز التأثير والدور الذي تقوم به في التنمية، فعلى الرغم من أن الصين، لم تتبن مفهوم المقاولاتية الاجتماعية مبكرا، الا أنها تعتبر من الدول التي لها أكبر عدد من المؤسسات الاجتماعية. لقد تم التركيز في هذه الدراسة على العلاقة بين مفهوم المقاولاتية الاجتماعية كمتغير يؤثر في الواقع التنموي للريف ولقطاع الخدمات ولعمالة الشباب، وبين التحديات والعراقيل التي تحول دون الحصول على التغيير والدور المطلوب عمله من المقاولاتية الاجتماعية في الواقع الصيني، و هذا باستعمال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و قد توصلت الدراسة ،الى ان المقاولاتية الاجتماعية في الصين لها تأثير ملموس على الرغم من الخلل القانوني و الشعبي لمفهوم المقاولاتية الاجتماعية، إضافة الى الارتباط الوثيق بين الحلول المبتكرة، التي تطرحها المؤسسات الاجتماعية و بين القيمة الاقتصادية و التأثير البيئي و الاجتماعي. Cette étude vise à faire la lumière sur la réalité de l’entreprise sociale en Chine, et à mettre en évidence l’impact et le rôle qu’elle joue dans le développement. Bien que la Chine n’ait pas adopté le concept d’entreprise sociale très tôt, elle est considérée comme l’un des pays qui en compte le plus grand nombre. des entreprises sociales. Cette étude s'est concentrée sur la relation entre le concept d'entreprise sociale en tant que variable qui affecte la réalité du développement des campagnes, du secteur des services et de l'emploi des jeunes, et les défis et obstacles qui empêchent la réalisation du changement et le rôle requis pour être joué par l'entreprise sociale dans la réalité chinoise, et cela en utilisant l'approche analytique descriptive, et l'étude a conclu que l'entrepreneuriat social en Chine a un impact tangible malgré le défaut juridique et populaire du concept d'entrepreneuriat social, en plus du lien étroit entre les solutions innovantes proposées par les entreprises sociales et.
