Data Analysis Using Artificial Intelligence And Its Impact On The Trading Process In Financial Markets

Abstract

The analysis of data using artificial intelligence (AI) is considered one of the pivotal factors reshaping trading practices in financial markets. AI provides the capability to process vast amounts of data quickly and accurately, assisting traders in uncovering hidden patterns and trends, thereby enhancing the accuracy of predictions regarding price movements. It also contributes to risk management by providing precise analyses that support well-informed Investment décisions. However, this field faces certain challenges, such as a lack of transparency and risks associated with erroneous analyses, necessitating a careful balance between reliance on AI and the utilization of human expertise. Overall, AI represents a significant opportunity to improve trading effectiveness, provided that the associated risks are managed prudently.
