The Algerian startup ecosystem has been evolving, with growing government support and initiatives like Resolution 1275 aimed at encouraging entrepreneurship, particularly among university students. However, aspiring entrepreneurs in universities still face significant challenges, such as limited access to funding and resources, which hinder their ability to succeed. This study aims to investigate these key challenges and examine how they relate to the broader Algerian startup ecosystem. By using both qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews and surveys, the research will provide insights into the barriers faced by student entrepreneurs and assess the impact of government policies. The findings will help inform strategies to better support aspiring entrepreneurs in Algeria.
