علاقة الضغوط النفسية لدى المرأة العاملة بالتوافق الزواجي في زمن انتشار وباء كورونا المستجد

الملخص
هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة الموجودة بين الضغوط النفسية في زمن انتشار وباء كورونا المستجد، وبين التوافق لزواجي لدى المرأة العاملة، وكذا الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية التي تعزى لمتغير (الرتبة المهنية). تكونت العينة من 40 زوجة عاملة في سلك التعليم العالي، متنوعات الخبرة المهنية والتخصص، متوسط السن (من 30 إلى 55)، تم اختيارهن بطريقة قصدية وفق متطلبات البحث. وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المناسب لأغراض الدراسة، وطبقت الباحثة مقياس الضغوط النفسية خلال انتشار جائحة كورونا (لصاحبة المقياس)، ومقياس التوافق الزواجي لسبينر، (1976). بعد معالجة البيانات إحصائيا، أظهرت النتائج أن المتوسط الحسابي للضغوط النفسية جاء فوق المتوسط على المقياس ككل بمتوسط حسابي بلغ 3.95، والمتوسط الحسابي على مقياس التوافق الزواجي ككل بلغ 3.77 بتقدير مرتفع، وبالتالي عدم وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيا بين الضغوط النفسية والتوافق الزواجي في زمن تفشي وباء كورونا، كما تبين عدم وجود فروق دالة تعزى لمتغير (الرتبة المهنية). Abstract: The study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between psychological stress in the time of the spread of Corona epidemic, and the compatibility of marital compatibility among working women, as well as the statistically significant differences attributed to the variable (professional rank). The sample consisted of 40 wives working in higher education, middle age from (30 to 55). The appropriate correlational descriptive approach was used for the purposes of the study, and the researcher applied the psychological stress scale during the spread of the Corona pandemic (for the owner of the scale), and Marital Compatibility Scale, (for Spinner, (1976)) and The results showed that the arithmetic mean of psychological stress came with an arithmetic average of 3.95, and the arithmetic mean on the marital compatibility scale 3.77 with a high grade, and therefore there was no statistically significant relationship between psychological stress and marital compatibility in the time of the spread of the Corona epidemic, and it was also found that there were no significant differences due to the variable (professional rank).
