تصميم سلم تقديري لتقييم الإنتاج اللغوي لدى الأطفال الحاملين للزرع القوقعي

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى التعريف بخطوات بناء وتصميم سلم تقدير في مجال الأرطفونيا يستخدمه الأخصائيين والباحثين كأداة لتقييم الإنتاج اللغوي لدى الأطفال الحاملين للزرع القوقعي الذين يبلغ عمرهم السمعي 3 سنوات، بغرض تطوير مستوياتهم اللغوية انطلاقا من المهارات اللغوية المكتسبة وغير المكتسبة لديهم، حيث قسم السلم إلى 4 محاور يتضمن كل محور مستوى لغوي معين بدءا من المستوى الصوتي الفونولوجي، المستوى الدلالي المعجمي، المستوى الصرفي وأخيرا المستوى التركيبي يمكن جمع المعلومات من خلال هذا السلم إما بتطبيقه بشكل مباشر مع الحالات أو عن طريق توجيهه للأخصائيين الممارسين، تمت عملية بنائه وفق مراحل وخطوات علمية دقيقة تخضع لمبادئ وأسس القياس النفسي ولضمان فعاليته ودقته في تقييم وتطوير القدرات اللغوية للأطفال الحاملين للزرع القوقعي تم حساب خصائصه السيكومترية. الصدق والثبات وذلك بتطبيقه على عينة بلغت 38اخصائي وأخصائية. توصلت الباحثتان إلى أن جميع درجات معاملات ارتباط المقياس مقبولة ودالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة 0.01 وأن قيم معاملات الثبات مرتفعة مما يدل على صدق و ثبات السلم. Abstract This intervention aims to present the stages of construction and design of an evaluation scale in the field of speech therapy used by specialists and researchers as a tool to evaluate the linguistic production of children with cochlear implants aged 3 years of hearing age, with the aim of developing their linguistic levels according to their acquired and unacquired linguistic skills, as the scale section It is divided into 4 axes. Each axis includes a specific linguistic level, starting with the phonetic-phonological level, the lexico-semantic level, the morphological level and finally the syntactic level. Information can be collected via this scale, either by applying it directly to cases or by directing it to practicing specialists. The construction process took place in stages and stages. Precise scientific study subject to the principles and foundations of psychometrics. To ensure its effectiveness and precision in the assessment and development of the linguistic abilities of children with cochlear implants, its psychometric properties have been calculated. Validity and reliability by applying it to a sample of 38 male and female specialists. The researchers concluded that all degrees of the correlation coefficients of the scale are acceptable and statistically significant at the 0.01 significance level, and the values of the reliability coefficients are high, indicating the stability of the scale .
