الملخص

يعد النظام الانتخابي عنصرًا أساسيًا في تحديد طبيعة التمثيل البرلماني في أي دولة، كما يؤثر بشكل كبير على قدرة النواب على ممارسة مهامهم بفعالية، من خلال التشريع وتقييم أعمال السلطة التنفيذية بطريقة تضمن حماية حقوق المواطنين وحرياتهم، فضلاً عن الحفاظ على أمنهم ومستقبلهم. وتمثل الأنظمة الانتخابية الأساس الذي يُبنى عليه النظام الدستوري، حيث تسعى كل دولة لاختيار النظام الأنسب الذي يضمن استقرار الحياة السياسية ويسهم في بناء ديمقراطية حقيقية قائمة على أسس قانونية ودستورية متينة. نحاول في دراستنا هته التعرف على طبيعة النظام الانتخابي في الجزائر، وعلاقته بأداء الأحزاب السياسية الجزائرية داخل البرلمان The electoral system is a fundamental element in determining the nature of parliamentary representation in any country. It significantly influences the ability of legislators to effectively perform their duties, including lawmaking and evaluating the performance of the executive branch in a way that ensures the protection of citizens' rights and freedoms, as well as safeguarding their security and future. Electoral systems form the foundation upon which the constitutional system is built, with each country striving to select the most suitable system that ensures political stability and contributes to the establishment of a true democracy based on solid legal and constitutional principles. In this study, we aim to examine the nature of the electoral system in Algeria and its relationship with the performance of political parties within the Algerian Parliament.
