أثر صدمات أسعار النفط على الصادرات الزراعية في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1986-2018).

الملخص
ملخص : تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة التناظرية بين تغيرات أسعار النفط والصادرات الزراعية في الجزائر، ذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة غير الخطي، حيث تم الاعتماد على بيانات سنوية للفترة الممتدة خلال 1986-2018. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة غير تماثلية في المدى الطويل والمدى القصير بين ارتفاع وانخفاض أسعار النفط على تغيرات حجم الصادرات الزراعية في الجزائر، حيث يتأثر حجم الصادرات الزراعية في الجزائر بحجم العوائد المالية الناتجة عن ارتفاع أو انخفاض أسعار النفط، غير ان اغلب هذه العوائد موجهة إلى قطاعات أخرى بالإضافة إلى أسعار الصرف التي تأثر على نقل وشحن هذه الصادرات Abstract : The aim of this study is to find out the relationship between oil price changes and agricultural exports in Algeria during the period 1986-2018, using the self-regression model of non-linear distributed time gaps, and the study found an asymmetric relationship in the long and short term between the rise and fall of oil prices on the changes in the volume of agricultural exports in Algeria, where the volume of agricultural exports in Algeria is affected by the size of financial returns resulting from the rise or fall in oil prices, but most of these returns are directed to other sectors in addition to the exchange rates that affected the transportation and shipment of these exports
