مناهج البحث في علوم المكتبات بين التقليد والتجديد منهج البحث الإجرائي أنموذجا

الملخص
لقد أثر التطور المذهل والسريع لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات على جميع العلوم وفروعها وتخصصاتها، ولعل من بين أهم التخصصات التي تأثرت بها نجد تخصص علوم المكتبات والمعلومات، حيث نتج جراء ذلك مواضيع جديدة يتطلب البحث فيها مناهج حديثة تتلاءم مع طبيعة تلك المواضيع. ومن هنا جاءت هده الدراسة على أساس تعميق المخزون المنهجي واغناء المناهج التقليدية وتطويرها، وذلك بدءًا بتحديد أهمية المنهج في تجسيد عملية البحث العلمي في علوم المكتبات والمعلومات، ثم تبيان أوجه قصور المناهج التقليدية في تفسير الواقع الحالي، ومدى حاجة هذا التخصص إلى التجديد في مناهجه. وفي هذا السياق نجد أن من بين أهم مناهج البحث الحديثة "منهج البحث الإجرائي"، وذلك لدوره المنهجي والمعرفي في حل المشكلات المعاصرة وتحسين الممارسات القائمة، ومن هنا سنعرج إلى التعريف بهذا المنهج واستخداماته في علوم المكتبات والمعلومات. ABSTRACT: The amazing and rapid development of information and Communication Technologies has affected all sciences, their branches and specialties, and perhaps one of the most important disciplines that have been affected by it is the specialization of library and Information Sciences, as a result of which new topics have emerged that require modern approaches to research in accordance with the nature of those topics. Hence, this study was based on deepening the methodological inventory and enriching the traditional curricula and developing them, starting by determining the importance of the curriculum in embodying the scientific research process in library and Information Sciences, and then showing the shortcomings of traditional curricula in interpreting the current reality, and the extent of the need for this specialization to be renewed in its curricula. In this context, we find that one of the most important modern research methods is the "procedural research method", because of its methodological and cognitive role in solving contemporary problems and improving existing practices, hence we will refer to the definition of this method and its uses in library and Information Science
