ثورة الطريقة الدرقاوية على السلطة العثمانية بالجزائر وانعكاساتها على المؤسسة العسكرية (1800- 1813م)

الملخص
الملخص: سأتناول في هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع يتعلق بثورة الطريقة الدرقاوية على السلطة العثمانية بالجزائر وانعكاساتها على المؤسسة العسكرية (1800- 1813م)، وهي عبارة عن دراسة توضح العلاقة التي كانت بين السلطة الحاكمة في إيالة الجزائر وشيوخ الطرقية الدرقاوية أواخر العهد العثماني، حيث شهدت إيالة الجزائر قيام سلسة من الثورات من طرف شيوخ هذه الطريقة وقد كانت منذ بداية القرن التاسع عشر ميلادي (19م)، وقد انتشرت على نطاق واسع وشملت بايلك الشرق وبايلك الغرب، حيث رفعت فيها شعارات دينية تندد بالإطاحة بالنظام العثماني بالجزائر وهذا تعبيرا عن سخطها على ما ألت إليه الأوضاع في الإيالة نتيجة الضرائب المجحفة التي أرهقت كاهل الأهالي، وعليه فقد اعتبرت هذه الثورات كذلك عاملا سلبيا أثر بشكل كبيرة في تناقص أعداد المجندين على مستوى الإيالة، وفي المجمل نجدها قد ساهمت في إضعاف السلطة العثمانية داخليا وخارجيا وبالتالي مهدت لسقوط الجزائر في يد الفرنسيين. Abstract: In this research paper, I will address a topic related to the revolution of the Darqawi order on the Ottoman authority in Algeria and its repercussions on the military institution (1800-1813 AD), which is a study that illustrates the relationship that was between the ruling authority in the Eyalet of Algeria and the sheikhs of the Darqawi road at the end of the Ottoman era, where the Eyalet of Algeria witnessed a series of revolutions by the sheikhs of this method, and it was since the beginning of the nineteenth century AD (19 AD), and it has spread widely and included the Beylik of the East and the Beylik of the West, where Religious slogans were raised condemning the overthrow of the Ottoman regime in Algeria, and this is an expression of its indignation at the situation in the Eyalet as a result of the unfair taxes that burdened the people, and therefore these revolutions were also considered a negative factor that greatly affected the decrease in the number of recruits at the level of the Eyalet, and in general we find that they contributed to the weakening of the Ottoman authority internally and externally and thus paved the way for the fall of Algeria to the French.
