The study found that, although Algeria has huge potential for renewable energy, especially solar and wind energy. He has set an ambitious 2030 Renewable Energy Development Agenda, but that is until his experience in this area remains in its infancy. The success of the program for the development of these energies in the future holds hostage to find the appropriate financial structure by opening up to the private and external sector and focusing on the human and technological factor as the basis of any growth. Many efforts are needed to ensure the achievement of the objectives of its national energy transition program to renewable energies, in addition to supporting technology and scientific research, in particular in the field of scientific research on energy alternatives and the development of renewable energies, the activation of laws and legislation to encourage the use of renewable and clean energies, and the rationalization of the use of petroleum energy
