الأفلام السينمائية المسترجة بين الإكراهات اللغوية والإجراءات الرقابية Subtitled Cinematic Films Between Linguistic Constraints And Censorship Procedures

الملخص
سنعمل من خلال بحثنا على تقصي وتحليل مجمل الإشكالات التي تطرحها السترجة واعتباراتها الثقافية والإكراهات التي تتحكم في العملية، وذلك بفرد مساحات للبحث حول كلّ عنصر من عناصر الإشكالية، والتي تتمثل في السترجة من جهة بوصفها الحامل المادي للترجمة، والرقابة: تجلياتها وانعكاساتها على نوعية المردود الترجمي من جهة أخرى. إنّ موضوع الرقابة في الترجمة السمعية البصرية- بالخصوص تلك الممارسة من خلال الأفلام السينمائية المسترجة- تعدّ من أهمّ الدراسات الترجمية الحديثة وأكثرها إثارة للجدل وذلك لما توّلده من إشكالات عويصة، عصيّة عن الحل وعليه سنعمل على رصد وتحليل مجمل الاشكالات المرتبطة بهذا الموضوع باعتماد المنهج التحليلي الذي نحسبه الأنسب والأقدر منهجيا على الاجابة عن التساؤلات المطروحة والوصول بالبحث الى النتائج المتوخاة. Abstract: Through our research، we will investigate and analyze the totality of the problems posed by the subtitling، its cultural considerations and the constraints that control this process، by providing space for research on each element of the problem، which is on one side، as the material bearer of translation، and censorship: its manifestations and implications for the quality of translation on the other side. The problematic issues of censorship in audiovisual translation - in particular this practice through the film-making - is one of the most important and controversial modern translation studies because of the difficult problems it generates، and therefore we will work to monitor and analyze all the problems associated with this subject by adopting an analytical approach that we consider most appropriate and methodically able to answer the questions raised and reach the desired results.
